We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming the landscape of sports management and coaching development. As a non-profit organization, our mission is clear: to support athletes, enhance sports management practices, and empower coaches to excel both on and off the field.

Eric Taylor
Passionate about sports, community outreach, and making a difference both on and off the field. An organizer of athletic camps, a real estate developer, and a football coach with a heart for philanthropy.
Executive Board Member
Zaire Franklin
Zaire was named the second three-time captain at Syracuse University and the first sophomore captain since 1941. He went on to be drafted by the Indianapolis Colts in the 7th round of the 2018 NFL draft. Zaire is currently a captain with the Indianapolis Colts and is well known for his community service and philanthropic work in both Indianapolis and Philadelphia.

Tamar Turner
Tamar is the host and creator of the Down 2 Business Podcast where the sole focus is to highlight business owners, entrepreneurs and creatives all around the world. Since 2019, he has been able to work with 150+ business owners and entrepreneurs and his audience spans over 57 different countries and 38 states.
Research & Information
Myah Taylor
Myah is a graduate of Syracuse University, where she was a double major in Chemistry and Forensics. Myah’s studies have taken her abroad to Costa Rico where she aided in the development of an Eco System for a Costa Rican farming community. Myah is currently working as a Chemist. She is also a certified grant writer.

Jordan Meachum
Jordan is a graduate of Sacred Heart University, he was a 2019 Team Captain as well as an All-NEC selection. Jordan graduated Magna Cum Laude, was a William V. Campbell Trophy semifinalist and was also a C. Donald Cook Scholar Athlete. Jordan currently holds the position of Treasurer for the Non-Profit Organization, The College Football Players Association.
Entrepreneur Education
Tish Taylor
Tish is a successful business owner in the city of Philadelphia. Tish attended Temple University where she majored in accounting and sharpened her entrepreneurial spirit. Her educational journey led her down the road of Real Estate where she became a licensed Pennsylvania Realtor. She then went on to earn her Pennsylvania Cosmetology license. She has been recognized in many leading publications as one of the upper echelon salon owners in the City of Philadelphia.

Joe Taylor
Joe is a 2013 graduate of Germantown Academy where he played football, basketball, and baseball. After high school, he continued his football career at The Catholic University of America. Joe graduated college with a BA in Psychology in 2017. He joined the Germantown Academy varsity football staff in 2017. Joe is currently at Germantown Academy as a upper-school mathematics teacher. He is also a faculty representative on GA’s Honor Council.
Athlete Liason Coordinator
Charles Headen
Charles Headen was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is currently a professional football player for the Frisco Fighters on the IFL. Charles played collegiate football at Shippensburg University where he went on to graduate with a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology. He then moved on to Southern Methodist University where he continued his football career while successfully earning his Masters Degree in Sports Management.
